My first one came with a piece missing but no problem. I contacted the seller and he is mailing me the needed part. I bought the second just because I wanted the extra parts. I figured I was going to crash sooner or later. Well it was sooner. The heli survived without a scratch. Still flying great. Took a bit of time to get it trimmed. Still needs to be trimmed a little better. And yes I will buy another one from Halley R Us. They are so easy to work with. It says it takes about 90 minutes to charge but it only took 30 to 40. Flight time is what you'd expect. Around 6 to 7 minutes maybe a bit more. 4 channel is no joke, it's tough. That's why I bought an extra. But I am getting the hang of it and you need to fly 4 channel a lot if you plan to advance to 6 channel. I dont but thats just me. The only ones I've previously owned have been 3-channels that are controlled by the iPad. I was hoping to break into the world of hobbiest RC helicopters with this Thunderbird. My previous helis have survived a ridiculous amount of torture at my thumbs. They have crashed many times, and a couple blades have snapped, but I have never had to order replacement parts beyond what was in the package. Within days of getting the Tunderbird I found myself ordering extra "rotation blade fixers" which hold the lower blades onto the shaft. This part has a couple of plastic pegs that stick into the blades, and these pegs snap apart if you crash the helicopter too many times. I've gone through 3 of these pieces in about two weeks.If you are an experienced flyer or you have a lot of space to play with, this heli is a lot of fun.
